Undertake investigations and patrols in relation on-street parking restrictions, Council’s free parking. Provide speedy and courteous resolution of issues relating to internal and external customers. This role will achieve customer satisfaction through education, positive experiences and interactions with the community.

Salary
$62,649 to $74,250 per annum (based on 76 hours per fortnight), plus superannuation and penalty rates (where applicable) and a 9 day fortnight. Appointed salary in this range will be based on skills, qualifications and experience.

About the role
Your new role will be responsible for the enforcement of all Council carparks, street parking, school parking enforcement, monitoring trucks on load limited roads, disability parking, patrolling privately owned carparks, littering offences and representing Council at court hearings.
Position requirements
- Current NSW Drivers Licence (class C)
About you
To succeed in this role you will ideally have previous experience in a Ranger or similar regulatory role. In addition, you will have well developed customer service skills, including conflict resolution, negotiation, written and verbal communication skills.

With experience in conflict management and a strong focus on quality customer service, your professional and adaptable skills will see you succeed in parking enforcement within the community.
Weekend work is required and penalty rates will apply.
