$56,111 to $63,067 per annum (based on 76 hours per fortnight), plus superannuation and a 9 day fortnight. Appointed salary in this range will be based on skills, qualifications and experience

About the role

You will be required to carry out a variety of labouring tasks to ensure the timely completion of work order activities.

Your new role will involve labouring tasks as required, including;

  • Undertake tasks required in accordance with work order instructions, procedures and the supervisor’s instructions
  • Use and care of resources on a work site including tools, plant and materials, in a safe, efficient, appropriate and responsible manner
  • Sign requisitions and delivery dockets for materials received
  • Undertake tasks as required by the supervisor within the skills, training and experience of the role

Position requirements

  • Current Class C Driver’s Licence – Manual Transmission (Essential)
  • Confined spaces certificate (Desirable)
  • Traffic Controller – Stop/Slow Certificate (Desirable)
  • First Aid Certificate (Desirable)
  • Construction induction white card (Desirable)

About you

An honest and reliable person with a high level of integrity, working as a team member in a work crew. Good listening and communication skills are essential to ensure directions and instructions are carried out safely, promptly and accurately. Good physical fitness is critical as the person is required to carry out manual labouring tasks.
