In this position you will provide high-quality customer service by delivering clear, up-to-date information and supporting customers during their visit to the facility. You will guide customers on entry conditions and site processes, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. The role involves inspecting and identifying waste materials to ensure correct disposal, while directing vehicles and managing traffic flow to maintain safe and efficient operations. You will work as part of a team to support daily site activities, uphold safety standards, and contribute to effective resource recovery outcomes.
We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented team member with strong customer service skills and confidence using computer systems. You build rapport quickly, communicate clearly, and maintain an approachable manner. Experience in waste operations and traffic control is desirable, along with a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork.
Remuneration: base salary commencing at $55,437 gross per annum
+ adverse working conditions allowance of $2,730 per annum
+ 12% superannuation
+ performance payment 1% - 3.5% annual salary
+ annual award increase
