About the role
This is a varied role where you will enjoy working in an outdoor environment. The duties of the position include: 

  • Assist in the maintenance of Councils parks, reserves and sports grounds for the safety and enjoyment of others
  • Assist in the care and maintenance of plant equipment
  • Assist in maintaining a safe workplace

Position requirements

  • General construction induction card (white card)
  • Current Class C Drivers Licence

About you
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in horticulture, arboriculture and the maintenance of parks, reserves and sports facilities.  You must have started or be willing to undertake tertiary studies through a recognised educational institution such as TAFE and be physically capable of carrying out the duties of the position.
