About the Role

In this role, you’ll lead our Parking Team to deliver a fair, consistent and community-focused enforcement service. You’ll support and guide your team day-to-day, helping them succeed while maintaining high standards across all areas of work.

You’ll play a hands-on role in coordinating daily operations—assigning work, monitoring performance and providing coaching and technical support to help your team grow and perform at their best.

You’ll also be responsible for tracking key performance insights, reporting on team outcomes and supporting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

As the go-to escalation point, you’ll confidently handle more complex situations, make sound decisions and balance enforcement with great customer service—all while being mindful of budgets and delivering value to the community.

 

About You

You’re a confident leader who enjoys supporting and developing others. You bring strong organisational skills, a proactive mindset and the ability to balance operational delivery with strategic thinking. You’re also financially aware, understanding how to manage budgets and resources effectively.

You’re an experienced Parking Officer who knows how to balance compliance with great customer service, bringing around 4+ years’ experience—ideally within Local Government or a similar regulatory setting.

We are seeking confident leader who can engage with people from all walks of life and can handle challenging situations with professionalism, empathy and sound judgement.

What you’ll bring:

  • Current SEINS training
  • A valid NSW Driver’s Licence
  • A solid understanding of parking compliance, infringement systems, and relevant road, traffic and environmental legislation
  • Experience preparing documentation for legal matters, with the confidence to represent cases in court when required

Your commencing annual salary will range from $91,245.60 to $118,619.28 + Superannuation + Leaseback Vehicle, dependent on your experience and qualifications.
