Drive the successful delivery of enterprise-wide ERP initiatives by coordinating projects end-to-end - overseeing schedules, resources, risks and governance - while partnering closely with cross‑functional teams, vendors and consultants. This role sits at the heart of strategic implementation, ensuring alignment, transparency and momentum across complex ERP programs.

About the role:

  • Act as a senior ERP Project Coordinator and key decision‑maker, partnering with the ERP Project Manager, change team, stakeholders and implementation consultants to deliver the TechnologyOne OneCouncil SaaS program to a high standard.
  • Lead ERP project setup, administration, planning and governance within PMO frameworks, ensuring schedules, risks, issues and project data are accurately maintained and aligned.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end resource scheduling and levelling across the program, managing internal teams and external consultants to optimise utilisation, milestones and delivery outcomes.
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, quality and budget control, applying best‑practice methodologies (including ITIL) to support timely resolution and value realisation.
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy and initiative, fostering collaboration, supporting program objectives and resolving day‑to‑day project matters while escalating broader impacts as required.

We are seeking:

  • Proven experience coordinating and scheduling IT business systems or ERP implementations within complex organisations, ideally supporting large, multi‑year transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of PMO practices, project coordination methodologies and resource planning, with the ability to manage timelines, utilisation targets and competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management, communication, and relationship‑building skills, with the confidence to negotiate, influence, and align diverse groups around shared outcomes.
  • Sound financial acumen, including experience with project budget tracking, reporting and supporting change and risk management activities.
  • A solutions‑focused, self‑directed professional with excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills, a collaborative mindset and a current motor vehicle licence.

This position is based in Tweed Heads and can be directed to work from any Council work site.
