About the role
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Town Planner to join our professional and collaborative team. The successful applicant will be responsible for the assessment of development applications and the provision of specialist town planning and development control advice to team members, the public and applicants in relation to the assessment process. The successful incumbent will also be responsible for conducting pre-development application meetings, coordinating the Council’s site meetings and responding to general public enquiries.

About you
This role will suit a planner with the ability to convey complex information in a simple way through strong written and verbal communication. Your ability to think critically and approach situations with a solution-based outcome will ensure your success in this position.
