$66,299 to $82,310 per annum (based on 70 hours per fortnight), plus superannuation and a 9 day fortnight.  Appointed salary in this range will be based on skills, qualifications and experience

About the role
The Revenue Officer position sits within the Finance Operations Team and plays an important role in supporting the organisation’s revenue management processes.

This operational and administrative role requires strong teamwork, effective prioritisation, and the ability to meet statutory deadlines. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service are essential, as the role involves working closely with both external clients and internal stakeholders.  The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain experience across both rates and debtor functions, contributing to a collaborative and customer-focused finance team.

About you
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic team player with extensive experience in delivering high quality customer service.  Someone who takes pride in providing professional, helpful, and accurate support to customers, ensuring a positive experience and efficient resolution of enquiries. 

In your new role you will work in a collaborative environment and have the ability to follow organisational procedures to maintain accuracy & compliance.  Working from home provisions are available for this position for up to 2 days per week for full time staff, which allows you to remain productive and engaged while contributing to the team’s goals.
