About the Role

In this role you will provide executive support to the Manager Development Assessment as well as efficient and effective administrative support services within the Development Assessment team. In this role you will be exposed to a variety of work and experiences including the co-ordination of all administrative work in Development Assessment, preparing reports/statistics for management, involvement in process change and project delivery, act as Council's Secretariat for the Ryde Local Planning Panel meetings and work with other Senior Coordinators within the team and the organisation to deliver our commitments to the community.


About You

Do you have excellent customer service and have a customer centric focus? Do you enjoy working in the planning industry or have transferrable skills which would benefit? Do you prioritise organisation and have excellent attention to detail?

In addition, you will also have:
  • Tertiary Qualification or equivalent in Business Administration or related discipline is preferred but not essential.
  • Previous staff supervision experience.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Experience with the Development Application process.
  • Experience in data extraction, analysis and interpretation.
  • Experience in organising and coordinating meetings with internal staff and external agencies.
  • Experience with the NSW Planning Portal, Crystal Reports, Technology One - Property and Rating, and InfoCouncil or similar software is highly regarded.
Your commencing annual salary will range from $108,604.71- $141,186.12+ Superannuation, dependent on your experience and qualifications.
