Council is seeking a highly experienced senior human resource manager supporting the General Manager and Council to develop and implement human resource, work health and safety and industrial relation strategies.
In this position you will provide strategic leadership to the organisation, ensuring that Council has the necessary capacity, capability, systems and processes in place to achieve an effective service to the community and employees.
To be successful in this role you will have exceptional leadership skills at a senior management level, with extensive experience in leading and developing teams and managing transformation and change management programs. You will have a proven track record in delivering strategic human resource management and operational plans and be skilled at handling complex industrial relations issues.
