The Injury Management Advisor is a newly created position that will be responsible for managing the return to work process for our staff in accordance with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements to deliver an early and safe return to the workplace. This role will also take the lead in identifying, developing, and implementing health and wellbeing initiatives across the organisation.
The WHS Advisor position is a hands-on role and, under the guidance of the WHS Manager, will be assisting with the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of City of Darwin's WHS Management System and associated policies and procedures. As a subject matter expert, you will be providing best practice WHS advice to internal stakeholders in a manner that fosters a positive safety culture whilst ensuring legislative requirements are met.
