Facilities Maintenance Officer

Junee Shire Council currently has a Facilities Maintenance Officer position which will be a critical part of their Engineering Services team who will manage and undertake maintenance schedules to improve and maintain Council facilities of Junee Shire to ensure the enjoyment of Shire facilities for community, business and visitors.

Position Requirements:

The position of Facilities Maintenance Officer would ideally suit a person who is prepared to work outdoors, have good fitness and health, be willing to learn, follow direction, show initiative and responsibility, customer service experience and have a genuine interest in asset management and maintenance.


The position is graded in Council's Salary System with a salary range of $1047.30 to $1178.75 per week, depending on qualification skills and experience.  Employment conditions are as per the Local Government (State) Award and the Junee Shire Council Salary System including a nine day fortnight and superannuation guarantee in line with current rates.

A complete medical fitness assessment will be required to be undertaken by the successful applicant.
