As the Shell Cove Maintenance Officer, you will have the capability to organise and deliver maintenance programs befitting of a this high profile community asset. You will also implement processes, procedures, and monitor performance against transactional contractual deliverables that convey maintenance and presentation outcomes for the Shell Cove Waterfront Precinct.

A unique opportunity for suitably qualified and experienced applicants to take a leading role in maintaining the Shell Cove Waterfront as one of Australia’s premier lifestyle and boating destinations.

The Waterfront, Shell Cove is nestled in the beautiful Shellharbour coastline and is a landmark coastal development where residents and visitors can enjoy a harbour side lifestyle in a stunning natural environment supported by an array of recreational and community facilities not found anywhere else on the NSW South Coast. The world-class Shellharbour Marina, the Shell Cove Harbour and associated community infrastructure are all scheduled to be opened in late Spring this year.

Now imagine you are the person on site overseeing and implementing the day to day delivery of maintenance and presentation outcomes for this precinct.

  • Permanent full time, 38 hours per week (includes weekends)
  • Commencing salary range from $70,413.20 - $74,722.96 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience) plus 10% superannuation
