Our organisation
MidCoast Assist is an Ageing and Disability support service of MidCoast Council that is dedicated to delivering reliable, high quality support services to the elderly, disabled and their friends and carers. We aim to take a simple step-by-step, personalised approach that is tailored to our clients individual needs.

The role
This position is responsible for the planning, programming and delivery of quality, client-centered services for clients within the Active and Older Program, using wellness and reablement approaches. The Active and Older team deliver individual and group social support, personal care, domestic assistance and flexible respite services for people over 65 years including people living with dementia and their carers.

The package
Hourly base rate of $31.08 gross per hour (Grade 7) plus superannuation. 

Location
Upon commencement your normal place of work will be the MidCoast Assist office located at 4 Breese Parade, Forster. You may also be required to be based from other Council sites across the MidCoast Council region.

Tenure
Permanent Part Time at 19 hours per week.
