About the Role

The Corporate Performance Coordinator is responsible for providing expertise to the Executive on a range of business improvement initiatives, with a focus on creating a customer first culture and transforming the way Council delivers services.

This position is a fixed term 6 month position commencing February 2020 - September 2020 working 17.5 hours per week.

The salary for this position is $930.21 - $1079.05 per week dependent on skills, experience and qualifications.

About You

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver strategies, programs and projects that improve organisational capability, culture, behaviours, processes and practices.
Ability to influence others and develop internal capability as part of change management/organisation improvement programs.
Work with the Executive and Management teams to ensure implementation of the service delivery review program.
Undertake research and data analysis and develop recommendations in relation to key projects and business processes.
Undertake specific projects and manage consultants engaged to perform projects and reviews as required.
Maintain high standards of confidentiality in relation to all information which is accessed as part of the duties of this role.
Produce reports, correspondence and presentations, in a timely and accurate manner as required.
