We are seeking an innovative and self-motivated Business Systems Officer to develop, implement and support business and systems processes for City Infrastructure and Traffic Operations.

To succeed in this high volume and high standard work environment you must have relevant experience using Structured Query Language (SQL) in a Microsoft SQL Server and/or other relational database management systems (RDBMS).

The ideal applicant has experience in analysing problems, developing creative solutions and promoting simplified / streamlined alternatives to business processes and systems within a complex business environment. You must also have clear and concise written and oral communication skills, an ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines and a commitment to delivering high quality customer service.
