Support Officer

We are looking for a dynamic individual to support our Customer Contact service team. We need you to be passionate about customer service and adaptable to be able to assist the many functions of the Customer Contact Team.  We need you to be a team player and deliver a high standard of customer service support to meet our requirements.

This is a permanent, full time opportunity to help contribute to the great mahi we do at Toi Moana. You will be part of a corporate support team that includes functions like customer service, facilities and information management, mail processing, document scanning and printing and catering.

Te āhuatunga a te tūranga | About the role

As the Support Officer reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader you will; 

  • Organise catering for internal meetings and liaise with external catering contractors.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of meeting spaces.
  • Provide customer service support to frontline reception.
  • Assist Customer Contact team functions with administration support.

Ō pūmanawa | Your skills and experience

  • Previous experience in event/meeting coordination or administration role.    
  • Knowledge of food hygiene.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Customer service focussed.
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise workload.
  • Effective oral and written communication.
  • A “can-do” attitude.
  • A full driver's licence and eligibility to work in NZ is required.
