An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, skilled and experienced leader to join us as part of the Senior Management Team
The role:
As a senior manager, you will lead a large workforce with diverse teams in maintenance, civil construction, parks operations and service delivery for a range of Council functions.
This role is pivotal in improving customer experience as well as setting and implementing the level of service for parks, natural areas, fleet, cemeteries, community facilities, stormwater and transport networks to meet community and customer expectations.
The exciting role will provide community outcomes by providing strategic direction, expert advice and guidance in the implementation of initiatives, strategy and programs in the management of infrastructure works and operational services.
The person:
You will have extensive industry experience in the delivery of works and services, maintenance of infrastructure and open spaces. We are looking for a person who can demonstrate experience in leading a diverse work force with a strong safety and service delivery culture. With high level communication skills you will form strong relationships with stakeholders including the Senior Management Team, Councillors, Customers and the Community.
