- a base salary ranging from $102,118 per annum with competency-based increments up to $117,528 per annum, plus 12% super
70-hour, 9 day fortnight - a permanent full-time position

We are seeking:
- Degree in Business or other relevant discipline
- Proven payroll leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, compliance, and best practice
- Experience leading payroll teams and fostering a positive team culture
- A passion for accuracy, customer service, and continuous improvement
- The confidence to build strong relationships across the organisation
- A proactive mindset and desire to make a meaningful impact

Where it's located:
This position is based in Murwillumbah and can be directed to work from any Council work site.
