IMT Service Delivery Manager

The IMT Service Delivery Manager is Council’s expert in leading, developing and optimising cost-effective delivery of IMT support services and client relationship management. They will lead a team to ensure Council’s IMT support services are aligned with organisational needs and further develop, implement and manage effective vendor relationships with the organisations strategic and operational goals.
We are looking for an experienced and career minded professional who has:
•Great team leadership and performance management skills;
•Solid experience in the management and service delivery;
•A high level of commitment to providing excellent customer service; and
•Excellent skills in systems development and control.
