Council is looking for someone who will be part of the Council’s Executive leadership team and is capable of providing strategic and operational financial advice to the organisation and our Council.
You will be responsible for the ongoing development of the Long Term Financial Plan, as well as the integration of asset management plans and will oversee and maintain effective controls and management of Council’s financial operations. Importantly you will need strong leadership qualities with a commitment to building a positive culture and continuous improvement which is focused on our customers. A degree qualification in a business related area is essential and a CPA / CA or postgraduate qualification is preferred. A competitive salary package is available to the successful candidate.
