GROUP MANAGER STRATEGIC PLANNING, HERITAGE & PLACE PLANNING
$117K - $141K Salary + Super + Salary Sacrifice Motor Vehicle + RDO + Gym
You will be suitably qualified in urban planning or have significant similar experience and be a focused and knowledgeable leader with strong capabilities in complex planning matters, policy preparation, project management and implementation of strategic land use planning.
This role is crucial in advocating, advising and communicating Council’s planning goals and strategies at all levels and with a number of stakeholders. Applicants must demonstrate their ability to lead, motivate and foster a culture of excellence.
$74K - $87K + Super + RDO + Gym
Reporting to the Group Manager, this position will assist in providing strategic reports, community consultation and researching solutions to planning issues, whilst having regard to Burwood’s historical and metropolitan context.
The role requires an informed and qualified urban planner with ability to meet deadlines, with high standards of communication and report writing and willingness to learn.
