Take the next step in your library career with a leadership role at the City of Sydney Libraries Network. The City of Sydney is seeking two Team Leaders to drive capability in library branch teams and to deliver an excellent experience to library customers and the community.

The City of Sydney Library provides a space for our vibrant communities to grow, learn connect and create. The Library service operates across nine branches including our two new state of the art libraries - Green Square Library and Darling Exchange, due for completion over the next 6 months.

You will be responsible for a library branch team, consisting of staff with a range of qualifications, and skills, and for the customer experience at your branch. The role involves the provision of high quality day to day customer service, connecting customers with resources, and leading excellent concierge service, collection maintenance, programs and projects.

Library Team Leaders also participate in and lead network wide business improvement projects and the implementation of library strategic objectives.

Applicants must be able to work across all of the nine city branches as the role will be allocated based on Library needs.
