The City of Ryde has an exciting opportunity for a person who enjoys developing and delivering Arts & Culture projects.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for leading a team to develop and implement strategies to maximise growth in Arts & Culture within our community. This is an outstanding opportunity to showcase your creativity and capacity to engage with the Arts Community and other stakeholders and delivery Arts and Culture projects for our community.
You will bring your social and cultural planning experience to this community focused role and identify value-add opportunities in order to provide arts and cultural experiences to the City of Ryde's annual calendar of events.
To be considered for this interesting and varied role, you need to be proficient in project management, building and maintaining strategic partnerships, have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, and be experienced in social and cultural planning. Sound analytical and problem solving ability will also be an important attribute for this position. Past experience working with the arts and culture sector and gallery management will be beneficial.
Provision of a current driver's license is essential.
Your salary range is $75,669 to $98,369 p.a. plus Superannuation (subject to your experience and qualifications). Modern offices at North Ryde, on-going training & development and flexible working conditions are also available as features of working at the City of Ryde.
