Applications are invited for a full time permanent Finance Manager. This position is responsible for the management of Council’s finance information, budgets, reports, ensuring audit requirements are met and adequate systems and controls are in place to meet Council’s ongoing Financial Governance requirements. The successful applicant will ideally have relevant experience in local Government and other appropriate financial services, with tertiary level qualifications in accounting, the ability to lead, supervise and manage staff in a team environment.

The position is classified at Grade 11 of Council’s Salary Structure with a salary to be negotiated in the range $79,748.24 to $92,318.56 depending upon qualifications and experience. Conditions of employment are in accordance with the Local Government (State) Award 2017.
