ENGINEERING SERVICES MANAGER
This position is responsible for the development, monitoring and implementation of the project and contract management systems and frameworks for the full range of Council asset related services, ensure efficient and consistent delivery of projects and asset related inputs into Council’s long term financial plan across the organisation and the successful delivery of a range of diverse projects across the organisation by managing a combination of internal and external resources where necessary.
The salary range for this position is $1,802.50 to $1,997.20 per week plus 9.5% superannuation plus up to $10K Market Allowance and optional lease back vehicle.
PROJECT DELIVERY ENGINEER
To develop, monitor and implement project and contract management systems and frameworks that ensure efficient and consistent delivery of projects across the organisation and ensure the successful delivery of a range of diverse projects across the organisation by managing a combination of internal and external resources where necessary.
The salary range for this position is $1592.03 to $1764.00 per week plus 9.5% superannuation, 3.5% Engineers Civil Liability Allowance, up to $10K Market Allowance and optional lease back vehicle.
Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in both positions applicants will have tertiary qualifications in Engineering or equivalent relevant experience, extensive project and contract management experience on a diverse range of projects involving internal and external stakeholders, demonstrated ability to deliver complex multi-disciplinary projects that achieve broad reaching positive community outcomes, high level experience and understanding in planning for delivery of services to the community, proven ability to motivate, coach and mentor others, high level oral and written communication skills and demonstrated experience in preparing complex reports, highly developed interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills and demonstrated ability to build networks and sustain collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders, proven research, analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrated self-management skills and the capacity to prioritise and manage multiple projects and meet deadlines and proficiency in the use of ICT software and systems relevant to the role.
A current Class C driver’s license is mandatory to this position.
