Salary range from $125,750 - $141,470 per annum

The Directors role is a critical component of engineering expertise for the management of Council’s roads, bridges, water and sewer networks, aerodromes, parks and gardens and noxious weeds. With a team of 85 skilled and enthusiastic staff to support you in achieving your goals you will lead a management team devoted to ensuring the success of Council’s strategic direction through best practice and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will possess appropriate tertiary qualifications and will have demonstrated strong leadership and management skills. Council is looking for a person with experience in a multi-disciplinary team at a senior level who can lead the construction of a number of major road, bridge, water and sewerage projects.
