Public Domain Coordinator $70,929 pa plus superannuation
The City is seeking an experienced professional to fulfil the role of Public Domain Coordinator as part of our multi-disciplinary Public Domain team.
We are looking for an energetic, customer-oriented individual with engineering, landscape architecture, urban design or other relevant qualifications to join our dynamic team.
The position involves: review and approval of development applications and construction documentation providing high quality advice and information to internal and external customers design development and negotiation of project scope inspection of construction works correspondence and report writing, and working closely with other areas of Council to assist in the smooth delivery of projects and assets.
The successful applicant must have a good balance of relevant qualifications and project experience, with proven time management skills and attention to detail. You will have clear and concise written and oral communication skills, experience in various computer applications, including a working knowledge of Microsoft, and an ability to read and interpret design and construction drawings.
