Grade 3/4: $52,478.02 to $67,405.34 p.a. (inclusive of 9% superannuation)
Council has an exciting career opportunity available for a professional, motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer. This newly created role will provide high quality service to all visitors and customers of Narrabri Shire Council.
As the first point of contact for Council, this diverse role is responsible for providing friendly and efficient front-line customer service, responding to customer enquiries, accurate receipting of customer payments, assisting financial staff with administration matters and producing correspondence and reports as required.
The successful applicant will have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality, extensive experience in customer service and well developed organisational and conflict resolution skills. A Certificate III in Business Administration (or equivalent experience) and intermediate skills in the Microsoft Office package are essential.
