You will report to the Manager, Technical Services and be responsible for increasing community awareness, ownership and participation in road safety in the Holroyd City Council area. This will require:-
- Experience in community consultation - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Excellent analytical and organisational skills - Knowledge of road safety issues - An ability to establish and coordinate behavioural road safety projects
Applicants should possess tertiary qualifications in Education, Communications, Behavioural Science, or Marketing. A current motor vehicle driver’s licence is essential.
Conditions of employment are in accordance with the Local Government (State) Award 2007, applicable workplace agreements and Council policies. Council supports the principles of EEO and offers a smoke free environment. The package for this position includes:
