SENIOR BUILDING SURVEYOR
Salary neg from $71K pa + Super
+ Leaseback vehicle
+9 Day-Fortnight

You will be professionally motivated, enjoy the freedom and flexibility to get results with a minimum of supervision while ensuring quality development outcomes. You will undertake building inspections for compliance with the Building Code of Australia, process development applications to ensure compliance with legislation and Council policies and issue Construction Certificates.

To be successful in this role you will have relevant tertiary qualifications, a current drivers licence, together with demonstrated building surveying experience suitable for obtaining appropriate accreditation. Excellent customer relations skills, problem solving and analytical abilities are also necessary.
